- Personalized email confirmation to you when your newly purchased credits are reflected in your KPI Portal account.
- Credits purchased are valid until use and do not expire (subject to change).
Please note that each credit is redeemable for one assessment of the corresponding type and cannot be used interchangeably, i.e. a 360 credit cannot be used for a self-assessment and a self-assessment credit cannot be used for a 360.
