HOW TO REGISTER:
Sign up using the Registration Form below. You will be asked to make a secure online payment to complete your enrollment.
CERTIFICATION CLASSES
Your online classes are in a customized virtual learning environment and designed to give you the maximum amount of time and opportunity to practice and learn with peers, so that you feel confident and competent with both the tools and conducting client debriefs.
Full attendance is required for certification; however, we try to be both flexible and supportive. If you are unable to attend a class or complete your peer-practice we require you to let us know in advance. Repeat absences will impact our ability to certify you.
NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE: Things happen. Please note the following:
- If you cancel with more than 30 calendar days’ notice to Andiron, ahead of your cohort Introduction Session, there is no cancellation fee. Any fees previously paid will be returned to you or credited to your next Event or purchase.
- If you cancel within 30 days’ notice to Andiron, ahead of your cohort Introduction Session or cancel during the cohort, you are responsible for any assessment fees incurred, including a $200 administration fee.
- Notice to be given via e-mail to your Program Manager. Notice will be deemed given when received by Andiron.
- In the unlikely event a live online Event with Andiron is cancelled or rescheduled with 6 or more business days’ notice there is no fee returned to the client

To be certified in our tools, you need to experience them.
An Andiron program manager will be in touch with information for taking your Leadership KPI 360 assessment prior to our first session.
