KPI Certification Cancellation & Refund Policy
Notice must be submitted via email to your Andiron Program Manager. Notice is considered submitted upon Andiron receipt.
All cancellations 45 calendar days or more notice prior to program first session: No cancellation or rescheduling fee. Any fees previously paid will be returned to you in full or credited to your next event or purchase, minus any assessment fees taken at that stage or due for the next event.
All cancellations less than 45 calendar days of program first session: A refund will be processed as listed below:
- 44 calendar days of program first session: Receive a refund of 75% minus fees
- 14 calendar days of program first session: Receive a refund of 50% minus fees
- 7 calendar days of program first session: Receive a refund of 25% minus fees
- Repeat cancellations will result in no refund.
Andiron reserves the right to reschedule a certification date. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered the choice between the new date or a full refund. Participants understand that in the event Andiron needs to transfer their registration to another intake of the same course or change the schedule there will be no additional cost incurred to them. Participants will not hold Andiron liable for the change in schedule.
Requests to transfer must be made forty five (45) days prior to the program’s first session. One (1) transfer request is allowed within twelve (12) months of the initial course commencement date. All payment received will be applied to the new Certification Cohort. Participants are required to pay the Program fee difference if any, or to retake a KPI Assessment (if required) to gain admission to the transfer program.
