The KPI Exploration Session for Groups and Teams is a half-day client experience where teams make sense of their KPI results together, interact with the Wheel and other learning tools, and identify Both/And actions they can apply immediately. Through our robust Train-the-Trainer program, you will learn how to deliver this session—expanding your practice beyond individual KPI debriefs into high-impact group facilitation.
As a result of completing this virtual Train-the-Trainer, you will be fully equipped to facilitate the KPI Exploration Session. This is a two-part workshop delivered in two separate 4-hour sessions.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
In Part One, you’ll play the role of the participant, experiencing KPI Exploration as your clients will. In Part Two, you will step into the facilitator role—practicing the structure, tools, and techniques that make this session effective.

WHAT YOU’LL GAIN:

You will learn to guide teams in surfacing tensions and turning them into Both/And actions, while adding a ready-to-use product to your practice that has the potential to generate a return on investment quickly.

PROGRAM SESSIONS:
Your online sessions take place in a customized virtual learning environment and are designed to give you maximum time and opportunity to practice and learn with peers. The program is structured so that you leave confident in both the tools and your ability to facilitate KPI Exploration Sessions with groups and teams.
