This half-day, virtual, or in-person experience introduces the fundamentals of polarity thinking and uses a team’s KPI assessment results to deepen awareness, strengthen effectiveness, and build Both/And Leadership Capability. It offers a gentle entry point into polarity work—no previous knowledge required. Participants simply complete their KPI self-assessments in advance of the session.
