How it Works
The Key Polarity Indicator™ self-assessment is a practical tool that helps individuals see and understand how they are currently navigating six key polarities of Humanity or Leadership.
By completing this assessment, you will gain insight into your own polarity preferences through a detailed report and one-to-one coaching debrief, and apply what you’ve learned in Essential Skills for Navigating Polarities to map a polarity you want to navigate more effectively over time.
The Process
Survey: Gain access to a 96-question self-assessment survey, which takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
Coach: Connect with a KPI Certified coach to schedule your one-to-one 60-minute assessment debrief within one month.
Report: Receive a comprehensive report – just prior to your debrief, organized to help you quickly see your relationship to the six polarities and the resulting impact. The KPI gets past the superficial question of what a leader does “good” or “bad” and focuses on specific adjustments that can be made to embrace more of a Both/And perspective. The data is shown in three different views, giving you the big picture as well as the details.
Debrief: Use your KPI report to explore your polarity preferences, the factors that may be influencing those preferences, and the behaviors that are driving both the benefits and overuses of each pole, so that you can build greater awareness, broaden how you see an approach challenges, and act with greater choice and effectiveness.
Outcome: Leverage the insight you gained from your report and the skills you learned in Essential Skills for Navigating Polarities to complete a Polarity Navigator based on a polarity that feels particularly relevant in your work/life.
